UX Strategist

The role translates business goals, audience needs, and research into UX strategies and actionable recommendations. It contributes to client website and digital experience projects by developing UX deliverables, facilitating research and usability testing, and collaborating across design, content, SEO, analytics, development, and project management.

What you'll do

• Participate in or, based on experience, lead discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitive research, analytics review, and audience research
• translate goals and insights into UX strategies
• develop information architecture, sitemaps, user journeys, page strategies, content outlines, and wireframes
• plan and facilitate user research and usability testing
• partner with multidisciplinary teams throughout the website lifecycle
• present recommendations to clients.

Why this role

Requires 3–5 years of agency experience in UX strategy, UX design, content strategy, digital strategy, user research, or a related field. A portfolio or work samples are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience considered. Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without current or future employer sponsorship.
