Business Development Associate

What you'll do

• Research and identify prospective clients
• develop marketing plans to enter new accounts and grow existing ones
• contact potential clients, schedule and attend meetings, and conduct cold calls and prospecting
• negotiate fees and close deals in line with company goals
• represent Addison Group at networking events and other activities outside normal business hours
• partner with recruiters to match client requirements.
