What you'll do

• Assist linemen with line maintenance, repair, and construction
• prepare line apparatus
• keep work areas organized
• coordinate circuit opening, closing, and tagging with dispatch
• maintain protective equipment
• use hand and power tools
• load materials
• assist with pole-mounted transformers, conduit, underground apparatus, and wire pulling
• operate boom and bucket trucks and other heavy equipment with a valid Texas CDL.
