What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, contracts, and scope requirements
• prepare quantity takeoffs and project estimates
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals
• identify scope gaps and risks
• prepare bid summaries and proposals
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and estimating reviews
• coordinate project handoffs
• support schedules and constructability reviews
• identify value engineering opportunities
• maintain estimating databases and pricing information.
