What you'll do

• Verify pallets against load sheets and order manifests
• check product codes, quantities, and labels
• document discrepancies, damage, or shortages
• organize and stage pallets by route, carrier, or priority
• maintain clear labels and staging areas
• load outbound trailers according to sequence and weight guidelines
• confirm pallets are included and secured
• record audits and load confirmations
• communicate issues to supervisors
• check equipment and maintain a clean work area
• follow OSHA and company safety standards.
