What you'll do

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments
• conduct skills and behavior assessments, including FBAs and preference assessments
• train and supervise RBTs
• provide parent training and occasional direct therapy as needed
• analyze clinical data and recommend treatment adjustments
• collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• maintain accurate documentation and follow ethical and legal standards.
