What you'll do

• Prepare and review individual Forms 1040 and business Forms 1120-S, 1065, and 1120
• sign applicable returns
• oversee final review and approval
• manage federal, state, and multistate compliance
• review extensions, estimated payments, projections, K-1s, basis, depreciation, and related records
• reconcile returns to financial statements
• identify tax exposure and planning opportunities
• review and document tax plans
• explain recommendations to clients
• coordinate implementation
• and research supporting tax law.
