What you'll do

• Maintain accurate electronic case records and service documentation
• assist with career planning, interview preparation, job searches, and employer-required documentation or training
• provide employers education and support on supervising people with disabilities
• communicate with outside agencies
• supervise individuals at community worksites
• serve as case manager for assigned individuals
• support job-seeking, independent-living, and social skills
• help individuals increase independence at work and in the community.
