What you'll do

• Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, end users, building owners, vendors, and industry partners
• identify business opportunities across company divisions
• manage the sales cycle from prospecting through project closeout
• review plans, specifications, and customer requirements
• collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership on proposals
• present scope, pricing, and recommendations
• track pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity in CRM
• coordinate project handoffs and maintain customer communication.
