Workplace Readiness Project Manager

Job overview

The Workplace Readiness Project Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, three days per week, with additional onsite support during key move and go-live activities as needed; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, decisions, deliverables, and action items
• facilitate meetings and document decisions and next steps
• gather stakeholder feedback and coordinate issue resolution
• prepare status reports and readiness updates
• coordinate vendors
• support workplace readiness, procedures, service standards, testing, walkthroughs, punch lists, and handoffs
• coordinate furniture planning
• draft employee communications, FAQs, guides, and signage
• coordinate orientations, tours, move activities, and go-live support
• maintain project plans, trackers, playbooks, and reports.
