The High-Volume Recruiting Manager, Technology Client role is onsite five days a week in Burlingame, CA. The base salary range is $130,000–$160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Direct recruiter activities for the account
• ensure high-volume recruiting processes, procedures, sourcing tactics, and community sources support timely hiring
• track recruiting metrics and use weekly iCIMS reports
• ensure candidates are identified and screened
• advise hiring managers on interviewing
• hire and train recruiters and support staff
• ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, OFCCP, and other requirements
• partner with operations on hiring processes
• support recruitment and retention activities, client expectations, and concerns
• participate in sales presentations when appropriate.
