What you'll do

• Collect performance and clinical measure data and implement quality improvement
• schedule staff and patients
• support recruiting, hiring, retention, appraisals, and staff development
• adjust staffing for safe and cost-effective care
• administer and coordinate nursing care and patient plans
• make patient assignments and triage
• maintain documentation and equipment knowledge
• provide patient and family education
• support regulatory compliance and safety.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, current state licensure, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
