What you'll do

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies, improve key performance indicators and eliminate down time.
• Supervise service and repair equipment on a continual basis, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage physical safety and evacuation plans.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and manage labor and OPEX budgets.
