Recovery Specialist — Overnight

What you'll do

• Support residents’ scheduled routines and participation in recovery programming
• oversee medication adherence and maintain medication documentation
• facilitate recovery-focused group discussions and document participation as needed
• conduct headcounts and wellness checks
• complete shift notes, medication logs, and incident reports and communicate during shift changes
• accompany residents to appointments, court hearings, and other engagements
• support a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Why this role
