What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
• serve as the primary contact between U.S. operations and overseas teams on project status, timelines, and customer requirements
• support customer strategies and localization initiatives
• identify opportunities to expand business relationships
• prepare and manage quotations, pricing proposals, and customer communications
• analyze sales and operational data
• ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
