The Recertification Specialist role is onsite in New Haven, CT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a 35-hour workweek; pay is $27.47–$30.22 per hour. The role supports the Compliance Department at 360 Management Group, whose work focuses on property management and stronger communities. The specialist helps ensure market and affordable properties meet regulatory and company requirements by preparing and submitting certifications, maintaining records, coordinating with property teams and residents, and supporting compliance reviews. The work helps keep required documentation complete and supports timely resolution of compliance issues.

What you'll do

  • Prepare files for investor submission
  • complete annual certifications for review
  • update trackers and software
  • work with on-site property management and the CED team on non-compliant certifications
  • schedule resident appointments and reminders
  • ensure documents are completed 45 days before the effective date
  • notify the Senior Manager of Compliance of problems
  • assist the Waitlist Team with initial certification interviews.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Connecticut driver’s license and reliable transportation, and TCS and C3P LIHTC certification or the ability to obtain them within one year. Evening and weekend work may be required; travel between developments is required.
