Senior Manager, Intake and Placement

What you'll do

• Manage new referrals and referral assignment systems
• ensure providers receive timely and accurate referral information
• track placement discharges and subsequent referrals
• triage cases by urgency, safety, and placement need
• train staff to match children with appropriate, least-restrictive placements
• build provider relationships and conduct quality assurance checks
• monitor placement capacity
• supervise, train, and support staff
• develop intake and placement protocols
• coordinate with DFPS and service providers
• meet contract requirements and promote child and family well-being.
