Maintenance Supervisor — Second Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI. The stated annual salary range is $100,000–$120,000. The role supports maintenance operations at FII USA’s PCBA manufacturing facility, part of Foxconn Technology Group. The supervisor leads technicians and coordinates preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to keep production equipment safe and reliable. The role also supports equipment installation and startup, tracks maintenance performance, manages parts and records, and works with production, engineering, quality, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance technicians
• assign and prioritize work orders
• oversee maintenance of SMT and facility equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues
• monitor maintenance KPIs
• coordinate with production and engineering teams
• support equipment installation and startup
• maintain CMMS records and spare-parts inventory
• train technicians
• ensure safety compliance
• support continuous-improvement and root-cause activities.
