What you'll do

• Prepare daily items for the salad and sandwich line and chef case
• execute breakfast and lunch service
• inspect and clean food-preparation and serving areas
• check ingredient quality and rotate stock
• regulate cooking temperatures
• prepare and assemble food according to recipes or experience
• respond professionally to guest feedback.
