The certified nursing assistant provides basic care for residents in the areas of bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, incontinence, transferring and feeding. Cooperative work is an expectation of the job and includes the ability to communicate changes in resident behavior, health, and family member concerns to the charge nurse. To work effectively and safely with other personnel in caring
