What you'll do

• Oversee kitchen opening and closing procedures
• assist in training new employees
• prepare and present meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, gravies, sauces, and desserts to required temperatures, textures, and consistencies
• operate kitchen equipment for large-quantity food production
• communicate with and support staff and residents
• maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and handle, store, and serve food safely.
