What you'll do

• Manage assigned product lines in Epicor Eclipse to keep stocked items available at every branch
• maintain accurate open purchase orders and follow up with vendors on dates, quantities, and costs
• process special-order materials on time
• maintain product minimums, order points, lead times, and replacement costs
• track vendor lead times and order ahead
• use vendor promotions and stock rotations when they fit the inventory plan
• provide coverage for assigned product lines when purchasing team members are out.
