What you'll do

• Operate the short-order grill station
• prepare food and sides as assigned
• maintain correct quantities and quality
• follow food safety and handling standards
• record food temperatures and maintain proper cooking and holding temperatures
• set up and stock the grill station
• serve menu items, replenish food, care for customers, and clean the station and equipment.
