What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Follow the nurse’s individualized care plan, report changes in client condition, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
