• Compile project details, specifications, and documentation for selections and approvals
• maintain vendor files and track insurance documents
• order construction materials and coordinate deliveries
• assist with pricing and change orders
• perform basic takeoffs
• coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and construction teams
• update project timelines
• provide administrative support and document processes.
