The role leads and supports the maintenance team while maintaining the apartment community’s physical integrity, safety, appearance, and functionality. It combines hands-on troubleshooting and repairs with work-order prioritization, preventative maintenance, inspections, vendor coordination, and oversight of apartment turns.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians, porters, and housekeepers
• assign tasks and inspect completed work. Manage resident service requests, perform and troubleshoot repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring, and oversee apartment make-ready work. Maintain preventative maintenance schedules, conduct inspections, coordinate emergency coverage and participate in the on-call/standby rotation, maintain records and inventory, coordinate vendors, conduct safety meetings, and support property operations.
