What you'll do

• Lead, train, and coach the North Carolina inspection team
• establish client and agent relationships
• audit reports and conduct on-site evaluations
• build quality assurance processes, standard operating procedures, and training tools
• monitor 24-hour report delivery
• handle client concerns requiring field intervention
• lead weekly accountability meetings and report metrics
• perform inspections to cover gaps and emergencies
• track North Carolina licensing board rules and update procedures as needed.
