What you'll do

• Prospect for business-purpose loan opportunities and follow up with leads. Prepare and present loan proposals
• track sales metrics
• build client relationships and provide loan application, funding, and documentation information. Manage the full sales cycle, qualify leads, size loans, negotiate terms, and coordinate with underwriting, closing, servicing, credit, and operations to clear conditions and fund loans.
