What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time with appropriate quality, portions, and presentation
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• store and handle food supplies properly
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff
• assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
• help track inventory and report shortages or ordering needs
• accommodate special dietary requests.
