Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief

The Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief role is onsite in San Marcos, TX. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. SERVPRO Team Friermuth restores lives and property and serves customers during restoration needs. This front-line role coordinates, monitors, and performs project work to fulfill service needs and support a positive customer experience. It guides restoration technicians, manages project resources and documentation, and helps ensure quality and safety standards are followed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform production processes
• ensure quality control
• manage customer experience and satisfaction
• communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their work
• maintain detailed job files
• manage labor and consumables
• communicate project progress and issues to project managers and office staff
• follow OSHA safety guidelines
• protect equipment and materials
• coach and train technicians.
