What you'll do

• Lead analytics and dashboard strategy and KPI governance
• build operational models
• lead PMO intake, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery tracking
• present results and roadmaps to executives
• deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods
• partner with Surgical Services to improve block utilization, throughput, turnover, and scheduling
• and analyze clinical, financial, and operational performance.
