What you'll do

• Coordinate dietary services with related departments
• support dietary staff policies and procedures
• assist with resident dietary assessments and care plans
• ensure staff use care plans
• review and revise plans and assessments
• provide substitute foods of similar nutritive value
• inspect food storage and supply areas
• process diet changes
• and support dietary equipment sanitation and maintenance.
