Registered Nurse (RN) Lead - Medical Detox Unit

Offers leadership, education, and mentoring to unit nurses. Participates in hiring/interview panels for nurses and demonstrates good judgment in interview process. Provides coaching to nursing staff, if corrective action is warranted, and then will provide information to Program Manager. Completes annual evaluations in conjunction with the Program Manager for nursing staff.
