What you'll do

• Facilitate student leadership classes
• serve as a positive role model and reinforce appropriate behavior
• implement and coordinate Dorm Court
• conduct student focus groups
• counsel students about leadership opportunities and obligations
• coordinate the Student Satisfaction Survey semi-annually
• assist with evening activities and dorm tutoring
• support student participation in community service
• assist residential staff with dorm coverage during breaks and lunches
• work with Career Counseling and Career Training departments on leadership training and activities.
