What you'll do
- Prepare patients for outpatient and elective surgical procedures.
- Monitor Phase I post-anesthesia recovery and assess airway, neurological status, hemodynamics, pain, and post-operative complications.
- Care for higher-acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring and provide nursing care for medical and surgical observation patients.
- Collaborate with the care team, support LPNs and CNAs, document electronically, and provide discharge education.
