The representative also helps build customer relationships and brand loyalty.

What you'll do

• Engage customers and present mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services
• identify needs and recommend products or packages
• explain pricing and promotions
• upsell and cross-sell
• work toward individual sales, commission, store performance, and NPS goals
• provide professional customer service
• collaborate with the team
• support nearby stores within a 35-mile radius when needed.
