What you'll do
- Monitor children’s care while in placement
- assess needs and arrange referrals
- identify permanency resources and kinship providers
- meet with parents to assess safety and progress
- collaborate with placement teams
- visit children monthly
- attend court hearings, prepare reports, and testify as needed
- keep parents, caregivers, attorneys, and guardians ad litem informed
- support reunification and adoptive placements
- document case records
- recruit, train, study, license, and develop foster and adoptive homes.
