What you'll do

• Assess, organize, and complete patient care with attention to age, cultural, and psychosocial factors
• document nursing care using medical terminology
• address patient problems and progress toward goals
• support discharge through referrals and patient education
• collaborate with other disciplines and healthcare staff
• participate in unit and hospital improvement and education activities
• exercise independent judgment in care planning.
