Lead Clinician (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)

The Lead Clinician role is onsite in Little Rock, AR. Compensation is $25–$38 per hour. The role supports clinical operations and patient experience at an accredited outpatient surgical facility operated by Sono Bello. Working alongside the Practice Manager and clinical team, the Lead Clinician balances licensed clinical duties with team leadership, helping maintain efficient daily operations, quality assurance, staff readiness, and safe patient care.

What you'll do

• Support daily clinical activities and quality care
• help develop nurse schedules and clinical assignments
• oversee QA/QI reporting and accreditation readiness
• conduct chart audits and follow up with clinical staff
• model clinical policies and procedures
• participate in meetings and staff education
• assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding clinicians
• maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
