What you'll do

• Evaluate and prioritize client and associate requests
• manage job postings
• facilitate online candidate assessments and track scores
• coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate status trackers
• update candidates and disposition records
• assist with candidate submissions and offer details
• support onboarding and employment activities
• coordinate diversity partner processes
• troubleshoot escalations
• maintain spreadsheets and recruitment data
• prepare reports and weekly status updates.
