What you'll do

• Create personalized therapy plans, deliver individualized interventions, use adaptive techniques and assistive devices, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, track patient progress, maintain medical records, engage in quality assurance, adhere to safety protocols, and assist in discharge planning.
