What you'll do

• Champion safety and ensure incident investigations and electrical safety compliance
• support environmental systems compliance
• execute reliability roadmap actions
• administer company policies
• support onboarding, succession planning, and apprenticeship audits
• coordinate estimates, priorities, schedules, and shop personnel
• monitor work-order backlog and scheduled work
• review spending, requisitions, and invoices
• contribute to capital budgeting and outages
• drive preventive and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement
• participate in the on-call supervisor rotation.
