Dietary Aide — Food and Nutrition Services

What you'll do

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders
• prepare and serve bedtime snacks and substitute foods
• follow sanitary regulations
• wash dishes and clean utensils
• deliver snacks, food carts, and trays
• serve food and drinks in the dining room
• sweep and mop kitchen and dish-room floors as instructed.
