What you'll do

• Operate assigned vehicles safely
• assist passengers with boarding and mobility equipment
• plan efficient routes
• clean, fuel, and perform minor maintenance on vehicles
• respond to emergencies and provide first aid until responders arrive
• support individuals as direct support staff when assigned
• monitor crisis situations and follow reporting requirements
• implement behavior plans as indicated
• maintain accurate trip, vehicle, incident, and other records
• protect confidentiality.

Why this role

Requires a valid Maryland driver’s license, DOT physical, background check, high school diploma or GED, and three years of driving experience. CDL is preferred but not required.
