What you'll do

• Import Electronic Remittance Advice files daily
• retrieve explanations of benefits from payer websites when needed
• post payments and non-payments daily
• work with payers to obtain missing documentation within established lag times
• cross-train to support other Payment Specialists
• reconcile payments with clearinghouses or other sources
• escalate ERAs that do not post correctly
• process incoming correspondence.
