• oversee custom builds for trade shows, branded environments, and temporary installations
• develop initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale production
• collaborate with engineering, creative, supply chain, and finance
• champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• monitor KPIs
• recruit, mentor, and develop leaders
• align operational strategy with senior leadership.
