Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Lead continuous improvement programs, Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvement projects
• analyze KPIs, production data, workflows, and performance
• implement improvements using Lean principles, root cause analysis, and waste elimination
• facilitate cross-functional teams
• standardize best practices and work
• improve OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput, productivity, cost, and on-time delivery
• maintain visual management systems, dashboards, and performance meetings
• lead 5S initiatives
• train and coach employees and leaders
• present results and recommendations
• partner with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain
• support automation and process optimization initiatives.
