What you'll do

• Maintain and clean the bagging machine as needed
• learn programs and settings to maximize efficiency
• direct a crew of 2 to 6 employees packing bags
• maintain production-line pace and a clean work area
• know Stemilt fruit grades
• compile daily data and send it to appropriate groups
• work to improve machine bagging capabilities.
