Showroom Team Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the team toward revenue and metric-based goals
• support showroom KPIs
• assist with appointments and walk-in traffic
• coach team members
• support floor management and staff scheduling
• act as sales-floor leader when the Showroom Manager is absent
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• conduct fittings and pinning sessions
• coordinate with tailors and alteration specialists
• support onboarding and training
• address escalated customer concerns.
