What you'll do

• Assist residents with grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, mobility, and meals
• respond to signal lights, bells, and intercoms
• take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed
• help residents walk, reposition, and participate in activities
• assist with laundry, housekeeping, errands, and visitor direction
• report observations to the care team
• follow advance directives and communicate with families and staff.
